titleOfInvention | Blood purifier with excellent mass replacement characteristics |
abstract | [PROBLEMS] To provide a blood purifier for use in the treatment of chronic renal insufficiency, and there is little fluctuation in performance due to clogging regardless of blood flow volume, regardless of blood flow volume, regardless of whether it is pre-dilution or post-dilution. Provided is a blood purifier capable of large-volume liquid replacement treatment characterized by a moderate change with time. The present invention is a blood purifier incorporating a hollow fiber membrane, and the ultrafiltration coefficient due to clogging is reduced even when mass filtration is performed such that the ratio of the filtration flow rate to the blood flow rate exceeds 30%. This blood purifier is capable of stable filtration with little decrease. In blood circulation experiments, when the filtration flow rate was gradually increased from 15 ml / min to 90 ml / min and then returned to 15 ml / min again, the ultrafiltration coefficient at the first filtration flow rate of 15 ml / min and the final filtration flow rate of 15 ml / min. This is a blood purifier excellent in large-volume liquid replacement characteristics in which the ratio to the ultrafiltration coefficient at min is 80% or more. [Selection figure] None |
