An object of the present invention is to increase the S / N ratio, lower the detection limit for an analyte, and enable observation of the analyte at a lower concentration. The present invention relates to conjugate probes and optical detection of analytes. More specifically, the invention relates to conjugate probes used to form arrays for biosensors that use optical detection of analytes. The invention further relates to conjugates comprising chemicals or biomolecules that bind to the polymer. The polymer can be a diol-containing polymer, a linear or branched polysaccharide, or a linear or branched polynucleotide. The invention further relates to an array comprising the conjugate, and a method for detecting an analyte using the array with an image sensor is provided. [Selection figure] None |
