titleOfInvention Disinfection water production equipment
abstract [PROBLEMS] To supply a hypochlorite solution and an acid solution to raw water accurately and efficiently without backflow, and to easily obtain sterilized water having a predetermined pH value without mixed spots. At the same time, a sterilizing water production apparatus capable of efficiently and safely discharging generated chlorine gas is provided. A raw water is supplied to a first mixing agitator 2 and a hypochlorite liquid having a predetermined concentration is supplied to the raw water from a sodium hypochlorite liquid container 9 by means of tube pumps P1 and P2. An acidic liquid having a predetermined concentration is supplied to the aqueous solution from the acidic liquid container 12 and mixed and stirred. At this time, the tube portion of the tube pump 11 is pressed and adjusted by the tube pressing machines T1 and T2 to prevent the back flow of the liquid. The liquid is mixed and stirred by the first mixing stirrer 2 and then further mixed and stirred by the second mixing stirrer 36 to generate sterilized water having a predetermined pH value. Chlorine gas generated at the time of mixing and stirring is discharged from the valve body located above the mixing and stirring machines 2 and 36. [Selection] Figure 1
