abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a leaf removal device including a rotary cutter suitable for sugarcane leaf removal and further leaf removal of other crops. [Solution] A crop leaf dropping device 1 in which a pair of left and right rotating cutters 2 and 2 are mounted on a gear box 12 provided at the tip of an operating rod 11 which is held and held by an operator.
