abstract |
A fuel cell deterioration detection device and a fuel cell system capable of detecting battery deterioration and driving a load stably at all times. A constant current load control means 401 operates transistor elements 201b and 202b of a constant current load unit 2 every time a fixed time elapses, and a specific current of a ampere and 2a ampere is output from a fuel cell power generation unit 101 to cause deterioration. The detection means 402 obtains an output voltage Va and an output voltage Vb corresponding to a ampere and 2a ampere, and obtains a slope R (= dv / dl) corresponding to the output resistance Rdmfc from the difference voltage dv between these output voltages Va and Vb. The open circuit voltage OCV is obtained from the voltage difference dv added to the output voltage Va (Va + dv), and the slope R and the open circuit voltage OCV are compared with a predetermined threshold value by the deterioration determination unit 403 to determine the deterioration of the fuel cell power generation unit 101.
