titleOfInvention Cooking equipment
abstract The present invention provides a cooking device characterized by having a function of decomposing odors in a heating chamber and dirt adhering to the chamber without using ultraviolet irradiation means. When the color of a tungsten oxide photocatalyst powder is expressed in an L * a * b * color system in at least a part of a heating chamber of a heating type cooking apparatus, a * is −5 or less and b * is −5. As described above, the visible light responsive photocatalyst powder having a color L * of 50 or more is applied and irradiated with visible light such as an interior lamp, thereby decomposing odors and dirt in the heating chamber.
