titleOfInvention | Polycarbonate resin composition and method for producing the same |
abstract | Disclosed is a polycarbonate (PC) resin composition having high transparency and improved rigidity and scratch resistance, and a method for producing the same. (A) An inorganic oxide particle having an average primary particle diameter of 100 nm or less and (B) a PC resin comprise (C) a coupling agent represented by the following general formula (1) or (2): The above component (A) and the above component (C) are added to an organic solvent solution of a PC resin composition chemically bonded via a terminal and a PC oligomer containing a terminal chloroformate group under acidic conditions and mixed. Then, a method for producing a PC resin composition in which a dihydric phenol is added to cause a condensation reaction. In the general formula (1), M 1 represents a tetravalent metal element, and R 1 , R 2 and R 3 are each independently a group selected from a hydrogen atom, a lower alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms and a phenyl group. Indicates. m is an integer of 2 to 8 representing the number of chained methylene groups, and x is 0, 1 or 2. HN (R 3) - (CH 2) m -M 1 (R 1) x (OR 2) 3-x (1) In the general formula (2), M 2 represents a tetravalent metal element, and R 4 and R 5 each independently represents a group selected from a hydrogen atom, a lower alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, and a phenyl group. Show. n is an integer of 2 to 8 representing the number of chains of the methylene group, and y is 0, 1 or 2. HS- (CH 2) n -M 2 (R 1) y (OR 2) 3-y (2) [Selection figure] None |
