abstract The present invention provides an aqueous resin composition containing an aqueous resin dispersion and a tackifier resin, which achieves high solid differentiation by a simple method without using an organic solvent, and a method for producing the same. In the presence of an emulsifier, a tackifying resin and a plasticizer liquefied by heating are added to and dispersed in a chloroprene rubber latex, an acrylic resin emulsion, or a styrene-butadiene copolymer resin latex. Thus, an aqueous resin composition having a solid content of 60% or more can be obtained. [Selection figure] None
