titleOfInvention | Production method and production equipment for porous film |
abstract | The present invention provides a production method and apparatus capable of stably producing a porous film in a desired shape at a low cost. A porous film 3 includes a casting process in which a polymer solution is cast on a web 12 to form a cast film, a condensation process in which droplets are formed in the cast film, and the droplets in the cast film are evaporated. In this way, a solvent evaporation step for forming voids is performed. The web 12 has thick portions 12a and 12b adjacent to the thick portions 12a and 12b at both side edge portions, and solution storage grooves 12c and 12d are formed along the thick portions 12a and 12b. Since the cast film formed on the solution storage grooves 12c and 12d is thicker than other portions, the wet film is kept in the drying process and the polymer solution is made to flow. Can be moved. [Selection] Figure 2 |
