titleOfInvention Method for producing light lava plate
abstract A method for producing a light lava plate that achieves the purpose of resource reuse of wastes is provided. SOLUTION: It consists of shredded lava and cement and has different proportions of hydrolysis ratio, foaming agent addition amount, coloring material addition amount, different shredded lava particle size, etc., density, porosity and water absorption rate of light lava plate material. With its closed cell type and open pore type porous structure characteristics, it has advantages such as excellent light weight, sound absorption and heat insulation, and light structures such as noise absorbers, anti-vibration materials and heat insulation materials, respectively. Can be used as a material. The shredded lava is a waste material and is constituted by a high-temperature plasma rock formation process, whereby the shredded lava can be used in place of the natural stone powder material.
