titleOfInvention | Image forming method and image forming apparatus |
abstract | An image forming method and an image forming apparatus for forming a three-dimensional shape by stacking droplets by independently controlling the width and height on a medium. A first droplet 12 is ejected onto a medium 10. The droplet 12 is solidified in a state where the upper surface of the droplet 12 is depressed. After the first droplet 12 is solidified, the second droplet 14 is applied onto the first droplet 12. The second droplet 14 is solidified in a state where the upper surface of the droplet 14 is depressed. Similarly, the third and subsequent droplets are sequentially stacked to form a three-dimensional pattern on the medium 10. Using a material that solidifies by irradiating the droplet with ultraviolet light, if the central portion of the top surface of the droplet is strongly irradiated with ultraviolet light, the solvent component will evaporate in the portion that is strongly irradiated with ultraviolet light, and the top surface of the droplet is indented. Solidify in the state. [Selection] Figure 1 |
