titleOfInvention | Liquid coating apparatus and inkjet recording apparatus |
abstract | Even when a coating solution is applied at high speed, part of the processing solution scraped off by the blade spreads in the width direction of the blade, and the coating thickness at both ends of the base material is thicker than the central portion. It is possible to surely prevent the back surface of the base material from being turned back to the back surface of the base material, and to prevent adverse effects on the coating accuracy and the like by the components provided for that purpose. An upper peripheral surface of a rotating gravure roller is brought into contact with an intermediate transfer body that is continuously conveyed, and a lower part of the gravure roller is immersed in a processing liquid in a liquid receiving pan, and a gravure roller is provided. In the configuration in which the surplus processing liquid of the processing liquid 108 adhered to the peripheral surface of the substrate is scraped off to a predetermined application amount by the first blade 110 and then transferred to the intermediate transfer body 12, the gravure roller 38 is moved to the first blade 110. A coating portion 38A in contact with the coating portion 38A, and a small diameter portion 38B formed on both sides of the coating portion 38A and having a diameter smaller than the diameter of the coating portion 38A. A second blade is formed on the peripheral surface of the small diameter portion 38B. 112 was brought into contact. [Selection] Figure 8 |
