titleOfInvention Polypeptide derived from Helicobacter sinedi and method for using the same
abstract [PROBLEMS] To provide a recombinant polypeptide (molecular weight 30 kD) derived from H. cinaedi and a serological diagnostic method for patients with Helicobacter cinedi infection using the same. As a solid phase antigen, a polypeptide having a specific amino acid sequence, (1) capable of binding to the serum of a patient infected with Helicobacter sinedi and (2) deletion or addition of one or several amino acid residues Or the polypeptide having the characteristic of having a substituted amino acid sequence, a peptide comprising a part of the polypeptide, and any one of the above-mentioned peptides capable of binding to the serum of a patient infected with Helicobacter cinedi or A serological diagnosis method for patients with Helicobacter cinedi infection, which comprises an antigen-antibody method using peptides. The serological diagnostic method may be selected from the group consisting of ELISA, Western blot, and dot blot. [Selection figure] None
