titleOfInvention | Air battery |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide an air battery having a larger discharge capacity when the positive electrode contains manganese. An air battery 10 according to the present invention has a lithium negative electrode 15 formed of metallic lithium and a pore volume in a pore diameter range of 4 nm to 6 nm made of manganese oxide of 0.005 ml / g or more. A positive electrode 13 including a catalyst 16 having a pore distribution peak with a differential pore volume of 0.0008 ml / Å / g or more in a pore diameter range of 4 nm to 6 nm, a positive electrode 13 and a lithium negative electrode 15, and an electrolytic solution 18 interposed therebetween. The positive electrode 13 can efficiently perform an oxidation / reduction reaction of oxygen and can be used as a secondary battery. The catalyst 16 generates a sol containing a manganese salt and a surfactant, and removes the surfactant from a product obtained by hydrolysis and condensation reaction of the sol to obtain a porous precursor. It is obtained by acid treatment of a body precursor. [Selection] Figure 1 |
