abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To synthesize a complex in which fine inorganic compounds are uniformly dispersed in the polymer by cleaving the clay layer by synthesizing polyester and polyanhydride and simultaneously removing alkali metal ions between the clay layers. A method for producing by a simple synthesis operation is provided. An organic solvent solution (1) containing at least one compound (a) selected from the group consisting of a dihydric phenol compound, a dicarboxylic acid compound and a dicarboxylic anhydride, and an acid halide (b), An aqueous solution (2) containing clay minerals, An alkali metal salt of the compound (a) is produced by keeping at least a part of the organic solvent solution (1) and the aqueous solution (2) in a compatible state or in a separated state.
