titleOfInvention | Production method and production equipment for porous structure |
abstract | A porous structure having a high quality is easily and inexpensively manufactured. A solution containing a raw polymer and a solvent is cast on a casting belt. A cast film 22 is formed on the casting belt. Conditioned air is applied to the surface 22 a of the cast film 22 to evaporate the solvent contained in the cast film 22. By this evaporation, water droplets are formed on the surface 22a. The image sensor 61d detects the state of the surface 22a in the detection range A1 as an image signal. The controller 88 detects a boundary B1 between the formation range 90 and the non-formation range 91 from the image signal, and generates an approximate boundary B2 from the boundary B1. The controller 88 controls the distance CL1 between the air blowing surface 61f through which the regulated air is sent out and the approximate boundary B2 to be within a predetermined range. By controlling the distance CL1, the water droplet forming step can be performed while maintaining the optimum conditions. That is, according to the present invention, a porous structure having uniform pores can be easily manufactured. [Selection] Figure 6 |
