titleOfInvention Sliding member
abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a sliding surface in which a sliding surface is coated with a resin film such as a resin film obtained by adding polytetrafluoroethylene powder, calcium fluoride powder, and aluminum oxide powder to polyamide-imide resin. In the member, the resin film is less likely to cause cohesive failure near the interface with the substrate. A sliding member according to the present invention includes a base material and a resin film. The resin film is formed on the substrate. Moreover, in this resin film, the filler concentration on the substrate side is higher than the filler concentration on the surface side. [Selection] Figure 2
