titleOfInvention | Method for producing multilayer structured particles |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a production method for simply and easily synthesizing multilayer structured particles having a monodisperse particle size distribution and high smoothness at the interface between layers. A production method for producing a multilayer structured particle having a structure in which a central layer (L0) is a core and one or more layers (Ln) are stacked concentrically with respect to the center of the core. By including the step of forming the layer (Ln) by microwave irradiation, the multilayer structure resin particles can be easily produced with high productivity. For example, the metal layer is dispersed in a dispersion liquid (D0) in which a central layer (L0) as a particle is dispersed in an organic solvent capable of dissolving water at a concentration of 0.5% or more under microwave irradiation. In this manufacturing process, multilayer particles are obtained by adding alkoxide and water to form a metal oxide layer on the surface of the central layer (L0) particles to obtain a multilayer particle dispersion.
