abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a release sheet that hardly undergoes heavy release even when irradiated with radiation, and an adhesive body using the release sheet. The release sheet of the present invention is a release sheet having a base material and a release agent layer provided on the base material and mainly composed of a silicone resin, wherein the release agent layer is a radical inhibitor. The silicone resin is a thermosetting type and is subjected to radiation sterilization. The radical inhibitor preferably contains a compound having an aromatic ring.
