abstract 【Task】 The problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a film excellent in touch, shape followability and wear resistance by a material which substitutes for conventional materials such as soft vinyl chloride and urethane resin. [Solution] As a result of intensive studies to achieve the above object, the present inventors have found that the above problems can be solved by the following, and have reached the present invention.
