A pattern forming method capable of easily forming a fine pattern on a three-dimensionally spread surface, and a wiring board and an electronic apparatus using the method are provided. A pattern forming method for forming a pattern having a three-dimensional structure by applying a functional liquid containing a pattern forming material across a plurality of bent surfaces or curved surfaces, wherein the plurality of bent surfaces or curved surfaces are formed. A liquid body containing a liquid repellent material that exhibits liquid repellency with respect to the functional liquid 20 by using a droplet discharge method is formed on the surface including the liquid surface, and the liquid repellent portion 16 is formed.
