【Task】 An object of the present invention is to provide a molecular recognition element capable of detecting a measurement substance at high speed, specifically and with high sensitivity, a biosensor using the molecular recognition element, and a measurement method using the biosensor. [Means for Solving the Problems] The present inventors bind nanoparticles or metal proteins to a molecular recognition element, and convert a physical change due to a conformational change caused by the molecular recognition element recognizing a measurement substance into a signal. The present inventors have found that a measurement substance can be detected specifically and with high sensitivity, thereby completing the present invention. [Selection figure] None |
