abstract | The present invention provides a recording apparatus that improves the releasability of an image recorded on an intermediate transfer member from the intermediate transfer member and is excellent in image fixing property. After a curable solution layer 17A is formed on an intermediate transfer body 12, a stimulus is applied to the curable solution layer 17A so that the curable solution layer 17A is in a cured state or a semi-cured state. The curable solution layer 17B is laminated on the curable solution layer 17A in the state or semi-cured state, and the uncured curable solution layer 17B is laminated on the curable solution layer 17A in the cured or semi-cured state. The body 40 is formed, and ink droplets are ejected toward the curable solution layer 17B of the laminate 40 to form an image T. The laminate 40 on which the image T is formed is transferred from the intermediate transfer body 12 to the recording medium P. The curable solution layer 17B in an uncured state is transferred so as to be in contact with the recording medium P. [Selection] Figure 1 |
