titleOfInvention Metal pipe bending method
abstract An object of the present invention is to bend a pipe without deforming the cross-sectional shape of the pipe in a very simple manner. One end of a pipe is closed with a cap, and granulated sugar is poured from the other end. When granulated sugar is packed into the hollow part of the pipe, close the other mouth with a cap. The pipe is wound along the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical member, and the pipe is bent into a coil shape. Since the sugar is contained in the hollow part of the pipe in an appropriate manner, the cross-sectional shape of the pipe can be bent beautifully without deformation. Remove the caps from both ends of the pipe, connect a hose to one of the ends, and inject hot water into the hollow part of the pipe. When the compressed air is sent to another hose after a predetermined time has passed, hot water in which the granulated sugar is dissolved and the remaining granulated sugar are pushed out from the other port. The injection of warm water and the injection of compressed air are repeated twice, and the hollow portion is dried by the final injection of compressed air. [Selection] Figure 2
