abstract | A reflection type liquid crystal display medium having good reflection characteristics even when a cholesteric liquid crystal is used for a liquid crystal layer and a substrate is a resin substrate. A plurality of light reflecting panels each having a liquid crystal layer are laminated between a pair of resin substrates, the liquid crystal layer includes cholesteric liquid crystal, and at least a liquid crystal layer having a reflection wavelength range adjacent to each other is twisted in a spiral direction. Are different from each other, and at least one of the resin substrates other than the resin substrate which becomes both end faces in the laminating direction after lamination is one or more selected from polyethersulfone, polycarbonate, polyvinyl chloride, polyvinylidene chloride and cyclic polyolefin.
