abstract | A wiper blade rubber capable of maintaining a reduced coefficient of friction for a long period of time is provided. In a wiper blade rubber forming step with a common lip portion, a wiper blade rubber with a common lip portion having a common lip portion in which a pair of lip portions is opposed to each other is formed. In the isocyanate substance impregnation step, the wiper blade rubber 40 having the common lip portion is immersed in an isocyanate treatment liquid to form the impregnation layer 43. In the radiation irradiating step, the side surface of the common lip 41 is irradiated with radiation 42 to cause a crosslinking reaction to form a crosslinked cured layer 44. In the cutting step, the common lip portion 41 of the wiper blade rubber 40 having the common lip portion is cut in the longitudinal direction by the pair of rotary blades 50, 50 to form a pair of wiper blade rubber molded bodies 45, 45.
