Solid phase material and manufacturing method thereof |
abstract |
Disclosed is a solid phase material 4 provided with hydrophilicity to an extent that can suppress adsorption of biomolecules in an arbitrary region. At least a solid phase material 3 containing a photoresponsive component 6 and a hydrophilic component 8 that cause a change in molecular structure or molecular arrangement by light in a matrix 5 and can be photoplasticized by light irradiation. It is possible to obtain a solid phase material 4 that has been made hydrophilic by irradiating light with a part of the surface in contact with a hydrophilic medium. [Selection] Figure 1 |
