Rotating equipment and oil pump |
abstract |
Provided are a rotating device and an oil pump that can ensure wear resistance even when the sliding condition is severe, and are advantageous in securing performance. An oil pump includes a base portion having a working chamber and a rotor provided rotatably in the working chamber. The base 1 is composed of a plurality of divided bodies 13 and 18. At least one divided body 18 (rear housing) among the plurality of divided bodies 13 and 18 is formed using an aluminum alloy as a base material and has a sliding facing surface 180 having a ceramic coating 185. The ceramic coating 185 on the sliding facing surface 180 has a Hv of 500 to 1100 and a surface roughness of 2 to 8 micrometers, and includes α-alumina and zirconia. [Selection] Figure 1 |
