abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a release agent for crepes that can suppress extreme adhesion of a sheet to a Yankee dryer, improve creping operation, and is excellent in storage stability and dispersibility in water of a release agent for crepes. Another object of the present invention is to provide a release agent for crepes which has a low risk of ignition compared to conventional release agents and is excellent in safety during use, storage and transportation. A crepe mold release agent comprising a quaternary ammonium salt (component A) having an alkyl group or an alkenyl group and water. Moreover, the mold release agent for crepes characterized by including the phosphate ester compound (B component) obtained by making alcohol, alkylene oxide, and a phosphorylating agent react, and water.
