abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an inexpensive method for producing a dust-suppressing hydraulic material by a simple method. SOLUTION: An addition step of adding and mixing at least one kind of an aliphatic polyhydric alcohol or an ether compound as a dust generation inhibitor to a hydraulic material is added, and the addition step is divided into two times. The mixing ratio of the first (S1) and the second (S3) is set to 2: 8 to 8: 2, and after the first mixing, the stationary curing (S2) is performed within 5 minutes to 24 hours. And the second addition is performed, and the above addition is performed in the range of 0.5% to 8% by weight with respect to the hydraulic material as a whole. [Selection] Figure 1
