abstract | The present invention provides a developing roller and an electrophotographic apparatus capable of increasing the negative charge amount of toner, improving transportability, and obtaining a good image with high density and low fog even in the latter half of durability. Furthermore, by increasing the speed and improving the image quality, in an electrophotographic apparatus in which toner deterioration is likely to occur, the negatively charged toner can be sufficiently negatively charged, has excellent transportability, and has a high density even in the second half of the endurance. An electrophotographic apparatus capable of obtaining a good image with low image quality. A positive charge control resin comprising a copolymer obtained by copolymerizing a monomer group selected from a specific (meth) acrylic acid ester monomer, a specific amino group-containing monomer, and a specific hydroxyl group-containing monomer is contained.
