titleOfInvention Fluoropolymer aqueous dispersion
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous fluoropolymer dispersion excellent in suppression of foaming without significantly impairing increase in viscosity and mechanical stability. An aqueous fluoropolymer dispersion in which particles of a fluoropolymer are dispersed in an aqueous medium in the presence of a specific nonionic surfactant, The specific nonionic surfactant is composed of a compound having an average total content of hydrophilic groups of 45 to 90% by mass, and the hydrocarbon group included in the compound constituting the specific nonionic surfactant is continuously adjacent carbon. The fluoropolymer is characterized in that it has only 1 to 5 hydrocarbon groups, and the fluoropolymer aqueous dispersion has a fluorine-containing surfactant concentration of not more than an amount corresponding to 500 ppm of the solid content of the fluoropolymer. Aqueous dispersion. [Selection figure] None
