abstract | [PROBLEMS] To improve the hardness and stain resistance of a coating film and at the same time to further improve the solubility in a weak solvent is an important environmental issue. The present invention is a copolymer of a fluoroolefin containing two or more fluorine atoms and a double bond-containing monomer copolymerizable with the fluoroolefin, wherein the fluorine content based on the fluoroolefin is 10% by mass. In the double bond-containing monomer, 10 to 30 mol% contains a hydroxyl group, 20 to 80 mol% contains a branched alkyl group having 3 or more carbon atoms, and the hydroxyl value ranges from 43 to 60. A fluorine-containing copolymer solution and a weak solvent, the fluorine-containing copolymer solution containing 73% to 90% by mass of the fluorine-containing copolymer, and the fluorine-containing copolymer solution and a curing agent.
