titleOfInvention | Gene transfer agent, nucleic acid complex, and gene transfer material |
abstract | Disclosed is a gene transfer agent having high gene transfer activity and being easily discharged out of a cell. In a gene introduction agent comprising a polymer material having a branched chain, the branched chain has a cationic polymer block and an anionic polymer block, and the degree of polymerization of the cationic polymer block is an anionic polymer. A gene introduction agent having a degree of polymerization greater than that of a block, wherein a plurality of branched chains are cross-linked via a polyvalent cation. Preferably, a compound having 3 or more N, N-dialkyl-dithiocarbamylmethyl molecular groups in the same molecule is used as an iniferter, and a homopolymer composed of a branched polymer obtained by living-polymerizing a vinyl monomer with light irradiation. Anionic monomers having an acidic functional group such as 4-vinylbenzoic acid are block-polymerized and crosslinked with calcium ions or magnesium ions. [Selection] Figure 1 |
