abstract | The present invention provides a heat generating substrate having a conductive thin film and electrodes having excellent conductivity and heat generation performance by reducing the resistance of the conductive thin film, and a method for manufacturing the same. A transparent substrate, a plurality of electrodes formed on one surface of the transparent substrate, and a plurality of electrodes formed on one surface of the transparent substrate, electrically paralleled by the plurality of electrodes. It includes a plurality of regions 105a, 105b, 105c to be connected. Also, a conductive thin film forming step for forming the conductive thin film 105 on the transparent substrate 100, and a main electrode forming step for forming the main electrodes 110 and 115 extending on the transparent substrate 100 adjacent to the periphery of the conductive thin film 105.
