titleOfInvention Plastic molded product manufacturing apparatus, manufacturing method, and plastic molded product
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the softening temperature of a plastic by dissolving a high-pressure gas without using a device or the like for moving a movable part while maintaining a high pressure, and without requiring a heating / cooling process. Provided are a low-cost plastic molded product manufacturing apparatus, a manufacturing method, and a plastic molded product capable of transferring a transfer surface to a surface of a plastic base material with high accuracy. SOLUTION: The plastic molded article of the present invention comprises a high pressure gas dissolving means for dissolving a high pressure gas in a plastic base material made of a thermoplastic resin, and a surface of the plastic base material in which the high pressure gas is dissolved by the high pressure gas dissolving means. And transfer means for pressing the transfer surface of the mold on which at least one transfer surface is formed. [Selection] Figure 2
