abstract Provided is a lubricant supply structure capable of efficiently supplying a lubricant to an image carrier and avoiding an increase in size of the apparatus, and a cleaning device and an image forming apparatus provided with the lubricant supply structure. A lubricant supply structure for supplying a lubricant L ′ to the surface of an image carrier, a cleaning device, and an image forming apparatus are provided with a cleaning blade and a cleaning blade arranged so as to contact the image carrier. The rotating brush 42 disposed on the upstream side of the cleaning blade 46 in the surface moving direction X of the image carrier 3 whose surface moves, and the holding contact member 41 that contacts the rotating brush 42 while holding the solid lubricant L. And in the rotational direction b of the rotary brush 42, on the downstream side of the portion of the rotary brush 42 that slides on the solid lubricant L and on the upstream side of the portion of the rotary brush 42 facing the image carrier 3.
