The present invention provides a food containing Hanabiratake, mushroom, white jellyfish, and jellyfish that can be used with raw foods or foods prepared by cooking that is very little contaminated with fungi and bacteria. The present invention provides a food product characterized by containing fungal nuclei of agaricus mushroom, jellyfish, white jellyfish, and jellyfish.
