titleOfInvention Motor-integrated magnetic bearing device
abstract Provided is a motor-integrated magnetic bearing device in which an electromagnet and a motor can be integrally configured in a compact manner without impairing the magnetic characteristics of the electromagnet constituting the magnetic bearing, and the spindle can be rotated at a high speed. This motor-integrated magnetic bearing device uses rolling bearings 15 and 16 together with a magnetic bearing. The electromagnet 17 constituting the magnetic bearing is attached to the spindle housing 14 so as to face the two thrust plates 13a and 13b provided on the main shaft 13 without contact. A controller 19 that controls the electromagnet 17 in accordance with the output of the sensor 18 that detects the axial force is provided. The stiffness value of the composite spring formed by the rolling bearings 15 and 16 and the supporting system of the rolling bearing is set so as to have a relationship that is larger than the negative stiffness value of the motor unit. A high carbon chromium bearing steel is used for the main shaft 13. [Selection] Figure 1
