abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide a drive device capable of expanding the range of a controllable duty ratio and increasing the accuracy of a control current without depending on element variations. A driving device according to the present invention includes a first transistor B13 in which a pulsed current is input to one terminal and the one terminal is connected to a control terminal, and at least one terminal is connected to the one terminal. A second transistor B14 having a load connected thereto, the other terminal connected to the reference potential together with the other terminal of the first transistor B13, and a control terminal connected to the control terminal of the first transistor B13; A resistance element is connected between the control terminal of the transistor B13 and the other terminal of the first transistor B13.
