PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner, a two-component developer, a developing device and an image forming apparatus which can ensure a cleaning property and a toner specific charge amount for a long period of time and are excellent in charging stability and fixing property. The toner of the present invention contains a silicon element having an average primary particle size of 70 nm to 150 nm and a water content of 2.0 wt% or less in toner particles containing at least a binder resin and a colorant.
