titleOfInvention Optical parallel computing element
abstract An optical parallel computing element capable of performing complex computation such as information processing by learning at high speed is provided. This optical parallel computing element has a plurality of optical cells 11 provided adjacent to each other, and each optical cell 11 has a light incident portion at the top and is partitioned by a partition wall and a bottom portion. A photoresponsive substance 14 that responds when receiving light information is accommodated in the space, and a reducing agent 15 that gives electrons to the photoresponsive substance 14 is accommodated in each optical cell 11 in the same optical cell 11 and adjacent to each other. A conductive member 16 is provided between the combined optical cells 11 to electrically connect them, and the conductivity of the optical cell 11 is increased by light irradiation, and an electrical connection between the optical cells 11 is formed. When light irradiation is not performed, the conductive state gradually returns to a non-conductive state. [Selection] Figure 1
