titleOfInvention | Sludge dewatering agent and sludge dewatering method |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To pay attention to the fact that a coagulant with good water drainage is necessary at the initial stage of dehydration as a function of a polymer flocculant necessary for dewatering sludge with a screw press type dehydrator. Incorporating the concept of cross-linking, we will develop a sludge dewatering agent suitable for screw press dehydrators. SOLUTION: In a sludge dewatering method in which a polymer sludge dehydrating agent is added to surplus sludge or an oxidation ditch system biologically treated sludge and then dewatered by a screw press type dehydrator, the polymer sludge dewatering agent includes: (A) A mixture comprising an amidine-based water-soluble polymer (A) and an amphoteric water-soluble polymer (B), (b) a crosslinkable ionic water-soluble polymer having a charge inclusion rate of 50% or more and 90% or less. This can be achieved by selecting at least one of them. [Selection figure] None |
