titleOfInvention High heat-resistant sound absorbing material and manufacturing method thereof
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-resistant sound-absorbing material excellent in heat resistance and durability and having a high degree of freedom in shape and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: A heat-resistant sound-absorbing material 1 has a main body portion 2 made of a flexible polyurethane foam, and is disposed on at least a part of the surface of the main body portion 2, and has a metal alkoxide and a functional group capable of reacting with the metal alkoxide. And a heat-resistant layer 3 made of a heat-resistant material synthesized from the polydimethylsiloxane, and the main body 2 is formed by impregnating the flexible polyurethane foam in the vicinity of the interface with the heat-resistant layer 3. It has an impregnated layer 20. [Selection] Figure 1
