PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nerve regeneration induction tube using collagen excellent in adhesion, cell proliferation and differentiation inducing ability of nerve cells as a scaffold for nerve regeneration. A nerve regeneration-inducing tube using collagen as a scaffold for nerve regeneration so that the concentration of sodium chloride is 2.0% by weight or less, preferably 0.1 to 1.5% by weight in a dry state. It is characterized by using purified collagen. The collagen is purified by isoelectric precipitation at a pH of 8 or more and less than 9. [Selection figure] None |
