titleOfInvention Photoelectrode for dye-sensitized solar cell containing hollow spherical metal oxide nanoparticles and method for producing the same
abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a photoelectrode for a dye-sensitized solar cell including a porous light-scattering film having both light scattering ability and photoelectron generation ability through light absorption. The present invention relates to a porous light-absorbing film containing metal oxide nanoparticles formed on a conductive substrate, and a porous material containing hollow spherical metal oxide nanoparticles formed thereon. A photoelectrode for a dye-sensitized solar cell comprising a light-scattering film, a porous light-absorbing film containing the metal oxide nanoparticles, and a photosensitive dye adsorbed on the surface of the porous light-scattering film, and production thereof Provide a method. The photoelectrode for the dye-sensitized solar cell according to the present invention uses a light scattering layer having a hollow spherical structure, and generates a photocurrent together with the light scattering effect, unlike the light scattering particles having only the light scattering effect. Therefore, the dye-sensitized solar cell manufactured using the hollow sphere as a light scattering layer exhibits high conversion efficiency. [Selection] Figure 1c
