abstract An electrophotographic photoreceptor manufacturing apparatus capable of manufacturing an electrophotographic photoreceptor having good electrophotographic characteristics with high productivity is provided. A plurality of cylindrical substrates 105 are respectively installed in a reaction vessel and surrounded by a discharge electrode 101 that also serves as a side wall of the reaction vessel. The partition plate 104 is provided between the cylindrical substrates 105 so that the deposition surfaces of the cylindrical substrates 105 do not directly face each other, and is electrically connected to the discharge electrode 101. The partition plate 104 is detachable from the reaction vessel, and the shape of the partition plate 104 at the time of forming the deposited film is different from the shape of the partition plate 104 in a state where the partition plate 104 is removed from the reaction vessel.
