Crystalline polyglycolic acid, polyglycolic acid composition, and methods for producing them |
abstract |
Disclosed is a polyglycolic acid with improved thermal properties such as crystallinity and a method for producing the same. Crystalline polyglycolic acid, wherein (a) (Tm-Tc 2 ) is 60 ° C. or higher, (b) (Tc 1 -Tg) is 50 ° C. or higher, and (c) the The crystalline polyglycolic acid is (i) a method in which the produced crystalline polyglycolic acid is heated during polymerization to a heat history temperature of melting point Tm + 38 ° C. or higher, and (ii) the crystalline polyglycolic acid is heated to a melting temperature Tm + 38 ° C. or higher. (Iii) a method in which crystalline polyglycolic acid is melt-extruded at a heat history temperature of Tm + 38 ° C. or higher and pelletized, or (iv) a crystallinity subjected to a heat history by a combination of these methods. Crystalline polyglycolic acid characterized by being polyglycolic acid. [Selection] Figure 1 |
