abstract |
The present invention provides a refractory segment that can be manufactured easily and inexpensively and can cover a tunnel without narrowing the space in the tunnel, and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: A refractory segment 10 includes a concrete layer (hereinafter referred to as a refractory concrete layer 20) that does not contain calcium hydroxide and constitutes a surface layer on the inner space side of the tunnel (lower side in the drawing). It is formed so that a normal concrete layer (hereinafter referred to as a non-refractory concrete layer 30) constituting the back portion of the steel plate is integrated. [Selection] Figure 1 |
