An anti-vibration rubber composition that provides an anti-vibration rubber having good processability and vulcanization adhesion to metal, and improved ozone resistance and electrical insulation without impairing fracture characteristics and low dynamic magnification. And an anti-vibration rubber having the above properties obtained by using the rubber composition. An anti-vibration rubber composition comprising a rubber component comprising a combination of a mass ratio of 15:85 to 65:35 of a cyanene rubber and a xanthogen-modified chloroprene rubber, and 10% by volume or less of carbon black.
